Helder Postiga (FC Porto) made his way into the senior team before transferring to English Premiership side Tottenham Hotspur. He returned to FC Porto and got a good experience on loan to French side St Etienne. He returned “home” and is playing again at FC Porto. He is a regular member of the Portugal national squad and is fast developing a reputation for scoring crucial, match-winning goals.

Ricardo Quaresma (Sporting Lisbon) moved to play in La Liga for Barcelona before returning to Portugal with FC Porto. Nowadays he is the magic player in the team and is also a very important player at the Portuguese National Team.

Ednilson (Boavista 1994) played in the first Premier Cup finals in Amsterdam before moving to Superliga team Benfica and onto Gil Vicente.
